We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ticketing Sales team as a Sales and Service Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of sales events and initiatives.
  • Support sales team members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Research and implement best practices for sales and customer service.
  • Update and maintain sales databases and records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a sales or business-related program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
