We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based High Ticket Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. As a High Ticket Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively closing deals and converting leads into satisfied customers. This role offers substantial earning potential through a competitive commission structure that rewards your success. You will be reporting directly and working closely with the founder/CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to engage with potential customers and leads, addressing their needs and showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Employ persuasive techniques to overcome objections and hesitations, ultimately securing commitment and closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and tailor solutions to each customer's unique requirements.
  • CRM/Pipeline Management: Manage an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales stages to ensure timely and efficient deal closure.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating how our products/services meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Closing Techniques: Utilize proven closing strategies to solidify agreements and finalize sales transactions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position our products/services effectively.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high ticket sales: Demonstrated track record of success in a commission-based sales role, with a strong history of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Has experience with high-net-worth individuals and executive levels
  • Experience or familiarity in the Real Estate Industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences and articulate product value.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proficiency in negotiation tactics, objection handling, and converting potential challenges into opportunities.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, persevering through challenging sales situations.
  • Self-motivation: Highly self-driven and motivated to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and company offerings.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other team members, providing insights and contributing to team success.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest ethical standards while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Benefits
