Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Floor Operations: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in French.
