Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform management decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Paid time off (volunteering or personal days) and a permanent employment contract.
  • Langue de travail: Français and Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
