Job Title: Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Team Support: Assist with training and supporting sales floor team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including stocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
