Job Title: Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and promote a positive store image.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
