Accident Benefit Claims Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled Accident Benefit Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accident Benefit Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accident benefit claims, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our clients to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accident benefit claims, including cursory telephone contacts, ongoing processing, and assessing new claims
- Investigate claims, determine recovery prospects, and create recovery claims packages
- Manage activities, ensure adequate claims reserving practices, and process payments
- Identify responsible parties, place them on notice, and maintain proactive diaries
- Provide immediate and effective responses to clients, lawyers, and third parties through written and telephone communication
- Assist with workload for others, share ideas, and handle procedures with the team and management
- AB claims handling experience is an asset
- Excellent telephone experience, call volume experience, and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with strong decision-making skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation would be preferred
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel
