Job Summary
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based medical expert for Incyte, responsible for engaging with healthcare providers to provide education on the appropriate use of Incyte marketed products. The MSL will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key investigators, institutions, and groups to support research collaborations across the Incyte portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with key investigators and institutions.
  • Provide education to the medical community on Incyte products and disease areas of focus.
  • Increase company visibility and enhance professional interaction with current and future oncology leaders.
  • Identify clinical research opportunities consistent with company objectives.
  • Represent the primary territory contact for investigator-initiated research programs.

Requirements
  • An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) with prior experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Prior MSL or relevant experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years hematology/oncology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of oncology is an asset.
  • Clinical research experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable treatment, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
Incyte offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, and paid time off.
