Medical Liaison Coordinator

Mosaic Primary Care Network (MPCN) is a group of family doctors and healthcare professionals that provide primary health care, in partnership with Alberta Health Services.

Position OverviewThe Medical Liaison Coordinator is a newly created position supporting the Medical Director for the leadership of MPCN physician contractors. This includes responsibilities such as ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are signed and adhered to, supporting regular performance reviews and performance management, and documenting any issues that arise.
This role will foster and maintain a workplace culture in which physicians working in MPCN clinics and services feel supported in safe and positive interactions between physicians, staff, and patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- E nsure SLAs are signed and adhered to by MPCN physician contractors.
- S upport regular performance reviews and performance management.
- D ocument any issues that arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar education and/or experience considered.
- Minimum of three years working in a similar role, preferably supporting a Medical Leadership position in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of three years experience in full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for physicians or other medical leadership.
- Experience dealing with performance management issues with professionals, such as physicians (independent contractors).
- Experience conducting investigations, analyses, and presenting findings.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
