About the Opportunity

The Operational Performance Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the assessment, development, and implementation of performance measurement and operational analytic support tools for Zone Operations. This position works closely with operational and medical leaders to provide tools that enable them to examine their performance, understand the current state of operations, and plan for the future.

The successful candidate will assist Operational leaders in monitoring performance related to zone priorities and support them in achieving higher levels of performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of healthcare systems, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in analytics, informatics, or a health-related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with progressive accountabilities for standards development, evaluation, and implementation, as well as adoption of best practices to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to critically analyze evidence-based practices to inform strategy development and organizational planning. Additionally, they will have expertise in leading complex change, quality improvement methodologies, and cultural competence.

Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 75-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $37.61 - $47.01 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
