About the Opportunity

The Operational Performance Consultant supports the assessment, development, and implementation of performance measurement and operational analytic tools for Zone Operations. This role works with operational and medical leaders to provide tools for examining performance, understanding the current state of operations, and planning for the future.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with an undergraduate degree in analytics, informatics, or a health-related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analytic tools, applications, and systems of support, as well as advanced knowledge of healthcare systems and operational care areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance measurement and operational analytic tools
  • Collaborate with operational and medical leaders to provide tools for examining performance
  • Support the development of strategies for improving operational performance
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
