About the Role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, troubleshooting and modifying software programs, and providing technical support to our control system technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control systems assessments to maintain and improve equipment reliability
  • Partner with facility operations leadership, equipment vendors, and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations
  • Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations, and the maintenance team
  • Develop training plans for control systems technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with motor controls, programming HMI components, and PLC programs
  • 5+ years of experience with robotics system components and controls
  • 3+ years of experience with SCADA systems and KPIs
  • Experience interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Experience with ASRS systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

What We Offer
