Job Description
">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Service Worker in our team, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in various settings, including group homes and community locations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered support, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Certifications: Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate and First Aid Certificate are highly valued assets for this role.">
- Education: A minimum of a College diploma or CEGEP certificate from a program of 1-2 years is required.">
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, particularly in group home settings, is an asset.">
