About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our business strategies and driving profitable growth across various service areas.

Reporting to the Canadian Market Leader, you will directly engage with Canadian operations and sales teams to drive execution, sales growth, client satisfaction, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the field execution of marketing programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micro-market accounts to ensure program merchandising is implemented at all client sites.
  • Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics that measure operating profit, product rotation, and merchandising standards.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to support specific client needs that drive measurable results across the full amenity and retail space.
  • Support large openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, welcome kits, etc), proper pricing is communicated for any retail items, and training team members on how to keep spaces fresh and stocked.
  • Lead pilot process from identifying opportunity's locations, defining scope, implementation, and tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience within a DSD, CPG, or Field Service Organization preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and valuable recommendation.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
