Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to clients with mental health and addictions related issues, including assessments, treatment management, and medication administration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and physician to provide high-quality patient care
  • Work all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as required
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • Proven ability to work well as an integral part of a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to be nimble
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to workplace policies, procedures, and practices
