We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our Nanaimo, Canada location.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
