Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods, an innovative Western Canadian company dedicated to delivering quality patient-centred care.

Salary

The compensation for this position is $55.50 per hour, with consideration given to location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.

Job Description

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures, and remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.

You will provide private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture and offer clinical services, including medication management and health screening.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists, your injection certification, and proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll. You should also have experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required. Additionally, you must be able to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
