Coordinating Services Director

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Coordinating Services Director to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of venue operations, including staff, vendors, and guests.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in event planning and venue management. They should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Coordinating Services Director will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all aspects of venue operations, including staff, vendors, and guests
  • Ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed
  • Developing and implementing event plans
  • Managing budgets and ensuring that all costs are kept within budget
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Ensuring that all events are successful and run smoothly
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
