Job Title: Health Services Director
Job Summary:
Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Director to lead our multi-disciplinary team in delivering safe, effective, and efficient health services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of recent progressive management experience leading a broad spectrum of health services.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a relevant health discipline.
- Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated mid-senior leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant professional regulatory requirements and legislated acts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work safely in a typical computerized office environment.
- Ability to lift and carry items of up to approximately 10 kg (25 lbs).
