Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Fuel and Retail Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at the fuel pumps, cashiering, and performing general duties such as housekeeping and opening/closing procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be honest and trustworthy, and have a strong commitment to customer service. You should also be physically able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and kneel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver legendary service to our guests at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
  • Process transactions through the till system and provide cash handling services.
  • Perform general duties such as exterior and interior housekeeping, opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • You must be 16 years of age or older.
  • You should have retail experience in the area of customer service.
  • You must be willing to work all shifts scheduled, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • You should be physically able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and kneel.
