About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Services to lead the conceptualization and delivery of CDI programs and services. This role involves driving service excellence by supporting clinical operations, managing client concerns, and fostering a professional and ethical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize the CDI vision, mission, values, and goals while ensuring clinical practices meet evidence-informed standards.
  • Lead and optimize service delivery, enhancing health equity through reviewing service materials and participating in internal and external committees.
  • Maintain standards by collaborating with Clinical Managers to support clinical service coordination and effective operations.
  • Oversee the team, leading staff and providing feedback, goal setting, and performance development in accordance with agency policy and service standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the child and youth mental health sector and at least 5 years in management.
  • Experience conducting and supervising evidence-based and evidence-informed individual, group, and family therapy, as well as working with diverse communities.
  • A deep understanding of child welfare, education, and the health sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
