About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for carpentry projects
  • Design and implement layouts in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate building levels
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in various settings
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
