We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at InterEx Group. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud to drive business growth and improvement.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud will enable you to identify challenges and create effective solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on CPQ and Sales Cloud functionalities
  • Analyze business requirements, document findings, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating open communication and ensuring successful project outcomes
  • Design and execute testing protocols for Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud implementations
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to new users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of Salesforce systems
  • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce systems post-implementation, driving continuous process optimization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments, with a focus on CPQ and Sales Cloud
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with integration and data migration tools, reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI, and familiarity with Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified CPQ Specialist certifications
