Job Title: Corporate Events CoordinatorSalary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team at Compunnel Inc. As a key member of our events management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of corporate meetings and events.

Your primary focus will be on managing monthly reporting and data requirements to support Senior Management Reports. You will also serve as the first point of contact for meeting planning teams, answering questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.

In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce reports, identify operational efficiencies, and design processes to support new programs or program components. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving policy compliance and providing exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will require superior data and analytical skills, as well as a working knowledge of Cvent. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing meetings and/or a corporate meeting and events program is necessary, along with demonstrated experience driving policy compliance.

You will also need to possess customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Power BI dashboards and corporate travel programs would be beneficial but not required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
