We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager to join our Reach Planning and Measurement team at Amazon. As a key member of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for driving the development of self-service planning and measurement products that help advertisers gain valuable insights into their campaign performance.

The Reach Planning and Measurement team is dedicated to building innovative solutions that empower advertisers to optimize their advertising spend on Amazon Ads inventory. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, we deliver actionable insights that help advertisers gauge campaign performance, optimize their budgets, and understand the impact of their spend across the entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and drive critical product initiatives that enhance advertiser experience and drive business growth">
  • Set product vision, define use cases, and analyze customer and financial implications to inform product decisions">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align diverse stakeholders around common goals and objectives">
  • Evangelize new features to clients, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption through sales teams">
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding needs and requirements while anticipating future trends">
  • Work closely with external customers to collect input, mold requirements, and release features">
  • Deliver high-level strategic initiatives while rolling up sleeves to get the job done">
  • Coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience">
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience">
  • Bachelor's degree">
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product">
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product">
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition">
  • Experience managing technical products or online services">
  • Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning">
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight">
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools">

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
