Audiology and Hearing Instrument Specialist Opportunity

Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Yarmouth, NS. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering a personalized, best-in-class customer experience to individuals who require hearing care.

About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for guiding clients through comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting test results, and selecting suitable hearing aid solutions. You will also counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology, build relationships, and provide ongoing hearing health education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results
  • Counsel clients on hearing aid technology and solutions
  • Build relationships with clients and provide personalized care
  • Remain current on industry trends and provide ongoing education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
