Research Analyst Position

The Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a Research Analyst to provide research support to a Scientist at the Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Virtual Reality development, with proficiency in creating VR applications using platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support research projects using MATLAB and Python programming
  • Assist with data collection, logging, documentation, and analysis
  • Support literature reviews and research dissemination
  • Develop and implement Virtual Reality applications for research purposes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • One year of research lab/project experience
  • Strong technical background in Virtual Reality development
  • Proficiency in creating VR applications using Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) data collection methods and equipment
