- Fleet Management: Manage our fleet of trucks, heavy machinery, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation across all projects.
- Rental Equipment Management: Lead the management of our internal rental equipment, from small tools to lifts, to support project timelines and optimize turnover.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules to keep our equipment in top condition and minimize downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, train drivers and operators, and maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
- Asset Management & Procurement: Make strategic decisions on procurement, leasing, and asset disposal to keep our fleet and rental assets up-to-date and cost-effective.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets for fleet and rental equipment, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
We are offering a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract a talented individual who shares our passion for excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in fleet management, ideally within construction or heavy equipment environments, and strong knowledge of maintenance, regulatory compliance, and budget management.
