About the Role:

  • Ensure vehicles are distributed throughout the city at optimal times for riders.
  • Patrol service areas to identify and repair or maintain damaged vehicles.
  • Utilize software and technology to track fleet activity and optimize performance.
  • Collect and rebalance vehicles at popular locations.
  • Move improperly parked vehicles to designated areas.
  • Perform basic field repairs and diagnostics to maintain fleet health.

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clear driving record.
  • Ability to drive a delivery sprinter vehicle during peak hours in the city center.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Agreement to undergo a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a regular basis.
  • Able to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
