Job Summary:

As a Lead Branch Operations Manager, you will lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service. You are responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability.

About the Role:
  • You will lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings.
  • You are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
  • You ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • You have experience in branch management, including a background in sales and customer service.
  • You have the ability to communicate in other languages, which is a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
