Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of trucks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the automotive shop, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Analyze repair data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to develop and implement compliant policies and procedures.
