We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Electric Scooter Fleet Coordinators. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering company that is revolutionizing transportation in Ottawa.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the distribution and maintenance of our innovative electric scooters across the city. This includes working with local operation teammates to ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time, patrolling service areas to inspect and identify vehicles that require repair, and utilizing technology to optimize fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and manage electric scooters across the city to meet rider demand.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Use software to track fleet activity and optimize performance.
  • Collect and rebalance vehicles at popular destination points.
  • Move improperly parked vehicles to designated areas.
  • Perform light field repairs and diagnostics to maintain fleet upkeep.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license (minimum Class 5) with a clear driving abstract.
  • Ability to drive delivery vans throughout the city's core.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Agreeable to a criminal background check as part of employment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a regular basis.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work within a team environment.

This is a full-time position with various shifts available, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Our team members enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for incentives and bonuses.
