About Hestia Kitchen Lab

We are a dynamic and innovative culinary team seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our ranks as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and professionalism.

Inventory Management and Control

Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

Quality Control and Assurance

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a Food Safety Certificate.

Experience and Skills

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Italian cuisine and a proven track record of success in menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory management.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
