Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating within budget and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that we are providing a seamless and efficient service to our customers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role will be based in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
