Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Screening Questions:
    • Determine candidate eligibility for employment based on specified criteria.
  • Health Benefits:
    • Coordinate health insurance programs, including dental, disability, healthcare, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.
  • Financial Benefits:
    • Administer bonus programs, night shift premiums, and registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs).

  • Support for Persons with Disabilities:

    • Develop mentorship programs.

  • Support for Youth:
    • Pursue youth employment initiatives.
    • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
    • Develop mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
    • Provide awareness training.
  • Support for Indigenous Peoples:
    • Pursue Indigenous people employment initiatives.
    • Develop mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
    • Bilateral relationships with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
    • Cultural competency training.
    • Elder support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience.
