Overview

At ADL Process Inc., we are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization.

About the Role

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, HR and is a key member of the HR department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Consultation and Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
