Payroll Coordinator

R.W. Tomlinson Limited is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll functions, including reporting and reconciliations
- Prepare and process payroll forms, such as records of employment and tax forms
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Uphold detailed records and documentation of payroll functions for audit purposes
- Stay current with payroll regulations and standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors software is an asset
- In possession of or working towards a National Payroll Institute PCP designation or equivalent experience
