Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC. as a User Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
