About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Resource Optimization Manager to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, allocation, and mobilization of resources to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Taking overall responsibility for ensuring the project is consistently and adequately resourced by optimizing resource allocation, coordinating resourcing requirements, and overseeing all project resourcing activities.
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with the wider Arcadis business and subconsultants to enhance resource identification and utilization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Owning the overall Project Organization Chart.
  • Owning the overall Project Resource Management Plan, including project recruitment processes.
  • Owning the Design Package Resource Plans.
  • Owning all project-related resource Mobilization and Demobilization (including all necessary communication).
  • Chairing regular resourcing meetings with key project stakeholders (including subconsultants).
  • Monitoring resource performance and producing resource performance reports for Senior Management.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in project management, resource optimization, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Major project management experience (required).
  • Stakeholder management experience (preferred).
  • Management of resource planning in a Design Build (DB) environment on major projects (preferred).
