Key responsibilities include being a key point of contact for patients, gathering information, and educating patients on program services. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service setting and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact patients to gather information and educate patients on program services
  • Be a reimbursement expert in assigned caseload territory
  • Ensure coordination of patient services in a timely manner
  • Works collaboratively with other team members to coordinate the patient journey

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
