Senior Fund Administration Director

This role involves overseeing the execution of custody trades for clients, ensuring timely completion without exceptions. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities- Review administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades.
- Prepare or assist in AML and KYC packages as required by administrators.
- Execute custody trades within deadlines.
- Perform wire reviews and callbacks with third parties.
- Participate in system improvement and automation projects.
- Liaise with client, third-party, and internal teams for resolving queries and issues.
- Allocate trades and wires to preparers.
- Confirm and accept executed trades within deadlines.
- Identify gaps and risks in current processes and implement necessary changes.
- Liaise with internal IT teams to implement changes.
- Manage a team of 10-12 members, including training new hires and providing guidance.
- A University degree in Accounting.
- Experience in Fund Administration, specifically in Fund Accounting or Investor Operations/relations.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC processes.
- Ability to multitask and apply a proactive approach to assigned deliverables.
- Advanced investigative and problem-solving skills.
MUFG Investor Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
