About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team at Banyan Software Canada, Inc. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or a related field
