Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in finance and tax due diligence processes and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the review of purchase and sale agreements, technical structures, and provide accounting advice to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Manage accounting integration and ensure the seamless integration of acquired companies.
  • Develop comprehensive Due Diligence reports to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor balance sheets and financial statements to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • CPA certification
  • Prior experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
