Job Title: Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:

The Breakfast Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer demands.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Breakfast Cook will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet customer demands.
