Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including omelets, pancakes, and sandwiches.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
