Job Title: Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
Work Environment:

The Breakfast Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and work in a dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Breakfast Cook will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
