Electronics Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Electronics Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at OSL Retail Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers find the perfect electronic solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
- Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales to customers
- Offer a positive and informative shopping experience, considering the whole Home Entertainment picture
- Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
- Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean
- Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests, and defective products
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase
- Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term
- Lead by example and foster a team environment
- Act with professionalism and integrity
- Ability to stand for longer periods and move/support 30-50lbs of merchandise
