We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate cash register and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise display and inventory management.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Quick learner, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a physically demanding workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this setting, maintaining a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent schedule.
