About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As an Electronics Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the Electronics department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
  • Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales support to customers
  • Ensure a positive and informative shopping experience for customers, considering their entire Home Entertainment needs
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
  • Complete timely stocking of products and maintain clean shelves and work areas
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests, and defective products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase
  • Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term
  • Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move/support 30-50lbs of merchandise
