Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, including restocking shelves and facing products
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
